Summer Camp

July 7 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

The Watertown History Museum will host its first ever Summer Camp!

This camp, named “Camp Trumbull” after Watertown’s famed pastor, John Trumbull, will be held July 7-11 for ages 7-12! This is a half-day camp, from 9am-1pm. It will take place at the Nova Scotia Schoolhouse.

The Nova Scotia Schoolhouse is the last remaining one room schoolhouse in Watertown. It was originally on the corner of Fern Hill Rd (where the liquor store is now), but was carefully dismantled and moved in the early 1990s to its current home behind the First Congregational Church.

Each day will be a different theme, with a focus on a unique piece of Watertown’s history. These themes will come with specialized activities, including art projects, games, music, scavenger hunts, and more! Exact themes for each day to be posted at a later date.

Camp Trumbull is perfect for the little future historians in town! We can host 15 children maximum, so please register early to guarantee a spot.

Cost is $200 for the week, with each additional sibling being $150. No single day registration; you must sign-up for the entire week.
